4. User Conduct

While using the Game, you agree to:

  • Not create offensive, harmful, or inappropriate drawings
  • Not attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the Game
  • Not use the Game for any illegal purposes
  • Respect other players and their creative contributions

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access at our discretion, though we are under no obligation to monitor user content.

5. User Content

Drawings and other content you create within the Game are yours. However, by using the Game, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display your content as necessary to operate the Game (e.g., showing your drawing to other players in your game session). Game sessions and drawings may be deleted at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors and operators of this Game shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game. This includes damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or any other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
